Proposing layout design for new manufacturing plant.
Communicate with NPRA for latest GMP guidelines.
Advise on equipment and machines to purchase.
Plan, schedule and manages daily production schedule.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Motivate staff to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the company's quality standards.
Manages the maintenance of department, premises and equipment.
Initial and on-going training.
Monitoring of compliance to GMP.
Salary RM3,000 to RM5,000 per month.
