The Responsibilities:
To design, execute, adapt visuals according to the brief from various stakeholders. Have a strong knowledge in design including typography, layout, colour combinations and art direction. Work closely with marketing, branding team and various stakeholders throughout the entire plan cycle, from ideation/conceptualisation to strategy to execution to final output. Provide leadership and mentoring junior designer with good guidance, feedback, and direction. To keep up with design trends and stay up-to-date with current demographics behaviour. 3 - 5years of professional experience in a graphic or multimedia environment Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc) Knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction. Experience with motion graphics, photography and video production is a plus point. Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment
