Creative Designer

Responsibilities- Develop, plan and execute creative design concepts malls festive events.- Execution of overall mall Festive Decoration in accordance to standards and development for festive across all the malls (concept, detailing, finesse, etc).- Monitor contractors to ensure high standards and quality is delivered.- Handles operation, production, visualization and graphic design duties as assigned.- Cultivate a solid body of work.- Take the design "brief" to record requirements and each business unit's needs.- Schedule project implementation and define and justify allocated budget.**; Requirements**: - Requirements- Proven creative/graphic designing experience- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality- Demonstrable graphic/ multimedia design skills with a strong portfolio- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas- Sound knowledge of leading industry software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, 3D software such as Sketchup etc.)- Highly proficient in all design aspects- Excellent team player- Willing to work beyond standard working hours and on public holidays
