Creative Designer

You will have at significant experience working within a Digital Marketing and Advertising Design team. You will be operating in a dynamic and fast-changing environment with the ability to support the Marketing Manager, Sales Director, and Key Account Managers in establishing a world-class product creation and management function within a business experiencing exponential growth. You will be a natural team collaborator with the ability to engage, connect and influence across multiple functions. You're driven by visual art, advertising design, and creative thinking.

Being key in design concepts, directions and trends. Plan and manage social media visuals across all available platforms. Develop and execute technical, innovative design. Assist and carry out any other related function as assigned. Work closely with Creative Team, Business Development Team and Key Account Managers. Requirements: Job Requirements
Interpret ideas into medical device designs and translate conceptual language into product packaging. Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate within a team, handling feedback constructively and providing creative input. Strong organizational skills and effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to remain calm under pressure, inspiring the team. Proficiency in Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premier Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of 3D modeling and UI/UX design is a plus. Higher Education in Design, Illustrations, Communication in Design, Multimedia Design or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Klang.
