Creative Multimedia Designer

**Responsibilities**:- Produce high-quality short videos that drive engagement and brand awareness across multiple social media platforms.- Utilize video editing software to edit raw resources and create visually appealing content.- Demonstrate creativity in working with provided resources to produce compelling video content.- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute projects effectively.- Take initiative in teamwork, task submission, and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video content creation and social media marketing.- Utilize 3D modeling skills to enhance video content when necessary (a plus).- Understand how video monetization works and implement strategies to optimize content for monetization (a plus).**Requirements**:- Proven experience in video editing and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content.- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.- Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective video formats and best practices.- Understanding of video monetization strategies and techniques is advantageous- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)- Video editing: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/22/2024
