Credit Control Executive

Prepare and process documents related to SPA, loan & etc.- To coordinate with solicitors, bankers & purchasers, to follow up and ensure all SPA, loan documentations and other documents are in place and compliance with procedures and policies.- Monitor and update loan documentation status and ensure all payment duly collected before the due date.- Respond positively to purchasers' inquiries, inter-department and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the required time.- Prepare and process documents related to title transfer, sub-sale, refinance, printing aging monthly report & etc.- Other ad-hoc assignment as required.**Our expectations**:- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field- At least 2 years relevant working experience in Sales Admin / Credit Control of housing developer or conveyancing works of legal firm will be an added advantage- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English- Computer skills in MS Office, preferable with IFCA knowledge????:????: RM2,800.00?RM4,000.00(?? )
