Credit Control Officer

Job responsibility:- To manage accounts to ensure that outstanding debts are collected, service issues resolved and business objectives in terms of collection strategy and customer service is achieved.- To control and prevent bad debts from occurring and reduce credit risk.- To maximize the collection of overdue accounts in accordance with the collection procedures currently enforced.- Review and monitor credit limits and payment terms.- Ensure compliance with the Company's rule and proceduresJob requirement:- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.- Have a good sense of responsibility, self-motivated and hardworking.- Good analytical, multitasking & communication skills.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insuranceSchedule:- Flexible hours- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
