Credit Controller

Job Responsibilities
1. To monitor and review the daily function of debts collection.
2. To monitor and ensure prompt customers payments and collections, including liaising and following up with various department on the payment issues.
3. To check and update daily payment receipts and outstanding owing accurately.
4. To monitor compliance of credit policy and to alert and remind client for exceeding of credit limits, terms and notify total outstanding owing by customers.
5. Monitor and follow up the collection of payments and issue an official receipt upon received payments.
6. To have effective communication skills in dealing with all level of customers & internal and external parties.
7. Able to handle all credit administration and reporting functions.
8. Preparation of timely and accurate financial and management reporting on a daily basis to oversea.
9. Any other duty assigned by management from time to time.
Job requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and prefer in the construction industry.
3. Preferably with working experience in credit controller line will be added advantage.
4. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
4. Possess strong command in both oral and written English and reporting to oversea.
5. Good communication and negotiable skills.
6. Possess the skills to perform financial matters, managing people and meeting timeline.
7. Ability to work independently with a high degree of maturity.
8. High level of attention to detail required to ensure report accuracy.
9. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
