What part will you play?Lead the technical services for the overhaul of KTMB SCS & ETS trainsets and MRT trainsets, including traction container, transformer, traction motor, APS, bogie, brake system (where applicable), air compressor and pneumatic system.Supervise a team of technicians to provide the overhaul of KTMB SCS & ETS trainsets and MRT trainsets.Manage or/and provide guidance to a team of overhauling supervisors to provide the overhaul of KTMB SCS & ETS trainsets.To provide necessary support and advice during the testing and commissioning phase post overhaulProvide or/and assist in training for overhauling services including assisting and providing input during preparation of training documents.Aids in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts of trainsets under overhaulingWorks substantially of his/her time in train depots and workshopCompilation of reporting documents as required by the project.Conducts all business activities in accordance with company QHSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and core values.Use your skills to move the world forward.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.Min 8 years' experience in railway rolling stock and interfacing experience.Able to understand the deliverables and determine a timeline to promptly execute the work.Prior experience in leading a team.Team player who is analytical, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.We support a diverse workforce.Siemens is a proud equal opportunity employer, creating a work environment of diversity and inclusion.
