Culinary Arts Lecturer

**Job Requirements**:- At least 2 years of teaching experience and/ or relevant industry experience- Strong interest in teaching and be involved in scholarly activities- Committed to high quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students- Committed to participate in continuous professional development activities- Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with students and faculty members- Excellent computer literacy with ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology**Responsibilities**:- Undertake teaching, research, scholarly activities and academic development- Establish and maintain links and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities- Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum- Prepare and mark examinations, assignments and other assessments- Participate in the administration of the programmes of study and other activities in the School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts- Monitoring of students performance on the programme, and continuous improvement of programme- To perform other duties as assigned by the faculty and management from time to time
