We are seeking talented individuals with experience in operating these machines and a flair for design to join our dynamic team.**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Operate heat press and sublimation machines efficiently and safely.- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during production.- Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute creative designs for printed garments.- Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in operating heat press and sublimation machines.- Strong understanding of têxtile printing processes and techniques.- Proficiency in software **Maintop** **dtp v.6.0** and **Printexp hosonsoft**:- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- heat press and sublimation: 1 year (required)- Graphic design: 1 year (required)
