**Position: Customer Administration Officer.**:- **Salary: RM 2800-3500.**:- **Location: PJ Industrial Area, Section 51, Petaling Jaya.****_About the job_**As the Loyalty Customer Care Officer, you will be managing customer care for their various loyalty programs within the banking and financial institutions. Your role will be attending to customers interactions on a timely basis by providing accurate information on loyalty programs.This position is fast paced. As the Customer Administration Officer, you will be managing customers' entitlements and rewards within their loyalty program.Your role will be attending to customer interactions on timely basis by providing accurate information on entitlements and rewards earned through the loyalty programs. Your role also include managing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers.
