As a Customer Care Associate at Media Prima Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer care role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.4. Document customer interactions and feedback for internal record-keeping.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold customer service standards.

Requirements:1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions.2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.3. High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.6. Ability to work independently and in a team in a virtual environment.
