Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, confident, and has a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong decision-making abilities- High emotional intelligence- Resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries and complaints- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
