Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.**Responsibilities**:- Customer Support; Customer management; Account Creation; Basic Process Onboarding; Bookings; Inquiry; Providing Quotes; Complaint Handling; Issue Resolution; Case Management; Service Recovery; Pro-active Prevention; Tracking- A contract position based in Putrajaya that handles Australian market.- To handle customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond tom question about products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction- Able to solve customer's problem and complaints.B.
