Details of the offer

1. Responsible for customer complaint evaluation and handling;
2. Reply complaints and write rectification reports
3. Responsible for quality control of customer complaints and related issues;
4. Responsible for customer complaints data statistics, analysis and tracking;
5. Responsible for collecting, sorting and filing customer complaint data;
6. Responsible for the typical or important complaints and lead the reason for analysis?develop practical corrective precautions and keep track of corrective results;
7. Responsible for editing customer complaints monthly report, and need quality improvement points, seek improvement suggestions;
8. Responsible for the maintain relationship with customer after sale by enhancing customer service customer satisfaction;
