1. Responsible for customer complaint evaluation and handling;
2. Reply complaints and write rectification reports
3. Responsible for quality control of customer complaints and related issues;
4. Responsible for customer complaints data statistics, analysis and tracking;
5. Responsible for collecting, sorting and filing customer complaint data;
6. Responsible for the typical or important complaints and lead the reason for analysis?develop practical corrective precautions and keep track of corrective results;
