Finance Specialist

**Title**:Finance Specialist**Department**: General Ledger**Location**: Malaysia**(Job Responsibilities)**- Reconciling bank reconciliation- Managing fixed assets and depreciation- Managing Inter-companies payment and reconciliation- Preparing Financial Statements- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles- Prepare SOP in accordance to company policies and accounting principles.- Analyzing financial data (BS Analysis and other P&L items)- Assisting in process improvement initiatives- Attend to internal/external audit queries**(Qualifications)**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.- **At least 1-5 years experiences in audit firm or other relevant experience.**:- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel and other software.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.- Able to work well in a team and under supervision.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Good organisational and time-management skills.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Inter-companies payment and reconciliation: 2 years (preferred)- Preparing Financial Statements: 2 years (preferred)- Analyzing financial data (BS Analysis and other P&L items): 2 years (preferred)- Finance: 2 years (preferred)- Audt Firm: 1 year (preferred)- bank reconciliation: 2 years (preferred)- fixed assets and depreciation: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (required)
