Customer Service Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.- Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.- Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.- Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.**Requirements**:- 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial / Forex industry would be a distinct advantage).- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.- Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required).- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Fluent in Mandarin and English including written and verbal communication skills, Japanese would be a plus!- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.- Able to start within short notice period.
