Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities:- **- Ensure that the production lines are kept clean, and work is being carried out in accordance to GMP.- Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals.- Ensure production lines are run using methods and work instruction.- Collect production data, update in system and files for optimal performance.- Participate in improvements for all work station as identified the bottle neck.- Arrange OT and to ensure production target achieve.- Carry out necessary administrative duties as required.- Perform clerical tasks as requested by the production superior.- Involve in improvements on each project by TD, Prof, and QA.- To control worker attitude, ensure they follow SOP, safety awareness during work hours.**Requirements:- **- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production department.- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision and guidance.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.- **Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.****Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Language**:- ??
