Job Description:- Handle all customer interactions and enquiry on a timely basis and initiate best possible solutions, ensure KPIs are achieved consistently.- Deliver excellent services and increase customer satisfaction.- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products.- Work closely with sales team for any sales enquiry from new customers.- Maintain confidentiality of the customers' data in-line with the company's PDPA policies.**Requirements**:- SPM / Diploma / Degree- At least 2 years of relevant working experience required for SPM holder- Good command in English & Malay / Mandarin- Customer-oriented, passionate about sales, dynamic and lively individual- Must be able to work on shift, weekends, and Public Holidays**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Weekend jobs**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Call Center: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (required)
