Details of the offer

Job Description Candidate must possess at Degree /Diploma with one to two years experience in related having licence B2,D/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/ Pre-U in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Shall prepare consigment note and custom forms daily.
Shall pre-alert customers on delivery of shipment timely..
Shall ensure proper filling of documents daily.
Shall arrange for customs overtime daily.
Shall ensure all document required for clearance of truucks are in order.
Shall ensure periodic service and preventive maintenance are carried out on each truck.
Shall maintain proper records on periodic service carried out and parts replaced.
Shall assist in customs licence and other statutory documents such as Bond, Permit,Puspakom,Singapore and Malaysia Road Tax renewal and record keeping.
Shall highlight to HOD/Managment if there is any discrepancy in the shipment received from Singapore and customers immediatly.
Shall ensure all SOPs are adhered.
Any others duties/tasks assigned by your superior from time to time.
Shall ensure timely pick- up & delivery of all shipment.
