Join our Banking Contact Centre today.Job Highlights**- Accessible by public transportation- Attractive salary package- Provide exceptional telephone customer service in a timely manner whilst maintaining healthy relations with clients.- Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products andalternative digital banking platforms.- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking productsand services.Person Specification- SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course.- Ex Cabin Crews, Service Industry and Public Relation background are highlyencouraged to apply.- At least 6 months - 1 years of exposure in Customer Care agenda.to apply.- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types ofpersonalities.- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.- Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.- Formidable judgement including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.- Rotational shift work mode with 5 days of work and 2 days off.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission payExpected Start Date: 12/04/2023
