Customer Experience Support

**JOB DESCRIPTION****(Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas)**:Perform ticketing logging and escalations to the correct person in charge.**Perform ticket(s) monitoring and follow up on any pending issues.**Perform any defined daily checklist/tasks being assigned.**Conducting training to users/suppliers from time to time.**To carry out other duties which may assigned by the Management from time to time.**JOB REQUIREMENT / SPECIFICATIONS**:(Academic, Work Exposures, Skills Required, Personal Characters, etc.)**Able to communicate well in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.**Able to work overtime after office hour, weekends & public holiday.**Able to work as a team when carried out the support task**Having experience on same job background or having educational background in Information Technology / System InformationPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer support: 1 year (required)
