If you believe in being better, we'd love to hear from you.We are seeking a Customer IAM Operations Manager who will manage and ensure successful delivery of Customer IAM operations and to ensure that all services/products are delivered according to targets.**Responsibilities**:- Manage and ensure successful delivery of Customer IAM operations and to ensure that all services/products are delivered according to targets.- Ensure daily operations and system workflows follow global standards and security policies.- Monitor and review operations performance regularly against measured SLA and Operational KPI.- Manage vendors performance and to ensure that the vendors are delivering services and meeting service levels stated in the contract.- Ensure services/products are managed and delivered in accordance with company's IT Security and other relevant policies and standard.- Contribute to short term and long-term strategic road maps for Customer IAM service management and ensure goals and initiatives are aligned with the Group Information Security objectives.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review existing processes, capture operational challenges, and develop business requirements for improvement.- To drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives in improving service quality, efficiency and compliance.- Point of escalation for business units and other stakeholders. Acting as advocate to ensure issues addressed to satisfaction.- To manage the contracts and finances related activities for Customer IAM products and services. This includes working with Vendor & Contract Management, Finance, Sourcing, vendors and all relevant stakeholders.- To manage and perform compliance management, reporting, license management and billing related activities with relevant stakeholders.- Maintain relationship between group teams providing standardized requirements, technology development and security.**Job Requirements**Qualifications:- Degree in IT, Security, or any other relevant discipline- **CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC/ ITIL** preferredOther requirements:- **5-8 years of Information Security** related working experience- **3-5 years of Service/Operations Management and Service/Operations improvement **related working experience- Technical knowledge of **IAM, Cybersecurity and other security domains **like UX/CX- Solid understanding of **at least one** **Customer IAM product (e.g. Okta, ForgeRock, Azure B2C)**:- Good understanding of **Single Sign On, Identity Federation and the related authentication protocols including OAuth, OIDC and SAML**.- Working knowledge of **ITIL processes**, particularly **Request, Problem, Incident and Change Management, how they interrelate, and how they can be adopted successfully.**:- Basic understanding of **IAM governance, risk and compliance **principles and processes.- **Malaysian citizens only**:- Knowledge in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have 5-8 years Information Security related work experience?- Do you have 3-5 years in a Service/Operations Management and Service/Operations improvement related work experience?- Good understanding of Single Sign On, Identity Federation and the related authentication protocols including OAuth, OIDC and SAML?- Do you have knowledge in Customer IAM products Okta & ForgeRock? if No, what other Customer IAM products?- Do you have basic knowledge of IAM Governance, Risk & Compliance principles & processes?- Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status?- Notice period / Availability?- Do you have technical knowledge of IAM, Cybersecurity and other security domains?- Do you have knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Request, Problem, Incident and Change Management?**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)
