Introduction
Chrisjac is an established recruitment firm, servicing corporate clients in Malaysia for over two decades in staffing industry. As part of providing value-added recruitment services to some our long standing clients, Chrisjac are currently seeking Customer Loyalty Adminstration Executive to fill several openings that have recently arisen with our client in Section 51 area in Petaling Jaya.
This is a full time permanent position based at their corporate office in Jalan 204, Section 51, Petaling Jaya. Hours of work are from 9.00am-6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

About the job
As the Customer Loyalty Administration Officer, you will be managing customer care for their various loyalty programs within the banking and financial institutions. This role is responsible for supporting the loyalty programs of the various banking institutions in Malaysia.
This position is fast paced. As the Customer Loyalty Administration Officer, you will be managing customers' portfolio entitlements and rewards within their loyalty program. Your role will be attending to customer interactions on timely basis by providing accurate information on entitlements and rewards earned through the loyalty-rewards programs. Your role will also include managing, ordering and purchasing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers.

The candidate
We are looking for female candidates only to assume this customer-focus role. She must ideally possess minimum Diploma qualification in any field of study coupled with strong communication skills, the ability to speak fluent English and BM. Those who are also able to speak Chinese/Mandarin will be advantageous to take up this role.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have proven loyalty program experience preferably in banking/financial institution environment. To be considered for this role, candidates must have some work experience in jobs related to customer customer service, marketing & promotions,tele-marketing, call center or similar role.
Candidates for this role must have the desire to work in a supportive team environment with ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy. She must be computer literate with ability to use MS Office and internet applications skills.

About the job location
In this role, you will be based at Section 51 in Petaling Jaya. Candidates who are residing in surrounding areas such as Jalan Templer, Jalan Gasing, Taman Medan, Section 14 will find it most convenient to commute to the location. In this connection, we at Chrisjac will place your place of residence as one of the prime consideration in your application.
