Customer Relation Executive

Responsibility:- In charge of rental collections and issuing and stamping of rental tenancy agreement- Call back and keep in touch with the tenant is the main key- Assist and handle the tenant in any complaint or issue mentioned- Monitor collection accounts and follow up with tenant for overdue payment- Handling and encourage tenants to pay on time- Updates on every collection activity and acc receivable status- Arrange and organize schedule for supervisors and cleaners- Issue and filing the payments voucher of monthly bills- To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time- Motivated to achieve targeted monthly collection**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
