Handle incoming walk-in and online customers, phone calls, appointments and messages (existing customer).- Follow up with the customers to ensure resolution.- Maintaining student/teacher's schedule.- Strong service knowledge & provide accurate information to customers.- Provide after-sales service to all customer that leads to their higher satisfaction.- Ensure customer database is updated in a timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring- Attend to customers - both walk-in and appointments at HQ.
