Customer Relations Coordinator

Job Responsibility Follow up by call or email to customers for renewal and upgrade. Assist in event for manage target customer for survey / activity. Follow up all leads after event. Assist in service center for serving customers in renewal / purchase of products / new sales. To work closely with the respective team members and liaise with them on a daily basis to organize workload accordingly. Job Requirements Minimum SPM. No prior experience needed, but any experience in retail or a related field would be a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
