**Working Hours **:9:30AM - 6:00PM ( 5 days per week )**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:- Act as liaison to operations teams for customer issues- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through appropriate support channel- Respond to support calls which include problem identification, escalation, and resolution of product issues- To be constantly guided by company's service standards- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Identify usability errors/ bugs and guide customers to trouble shoot & problem solving**Requirements**:- Minimum education: Diploma.- 1-2 years working within a customer support department.- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).- Tech savvy in computer skills (Microsoft Office - word, excel, powerpoint, Facebook Ads Manager).- Able to speak, listen and write ordinary Mandarin, English, BM**Working Details**- Monday - Friday Working Days- Training Provided- Based on normal office hours (9.30am-6pm)**Remarks**- If you have Facebook Digital Marketing Knowledge and Skill will be given priority**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Melaka (preferred)
