Responsibilities:To assist the CR Team Lead in day-to-day activities of customer relations i.e. appointments, complaints, etc. to ensure smooth operations of service centre which include but not limited to the following:- Handling customer enquiry through inbound call and outbound call with Accordia System Management- Handling customer enquiry through Honda Malaysia Apps such as Hondatouch and AWPS- Responsible in ordering parts and appointment booking for product updates by Honda Malaysia- Responsible in follow up customers enquiry with other Departments i.e. Aftersales, Parts, Insurance and Sales- Responsible in generating data for Monthly Service Reminder- Responsible in generating data for Daily Appointment Reminder- Responsible in post service followup- Other ad hoc duties as assigned as and when required**Requirements**:- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in a confident and convincing manner are important prerequisites- Positive working attitude, result driven, meticulous, must be well organized and follow up skills, able to supply within a deadline and to work independently in a fast paced environment.- Self-motivated, result oriented, a fast learner and a good team player- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Melayu and English language.- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office Applications.Pay: From RM1,680.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
