**Location: Singapore**:- Executing and supporting marketing-led campaigns in the acquisition and retention of StarHub customers- Managing telesales in-house and outsource partners- Procurement of new telesales outsource partner on need to basis- Providing all backroom support for online store E2E orders and follow up service to customers on online orders submitted when required- Engaging customers via live chat, assisting them on issues encountered during online purchase journey- Work closely with project teams, both internal and external, on backend system requirements for online store related enhancements/launches- Monitor and track all faults escalated to IS, ensuring issues are fixed on timely manner- Conceptualizing and materializing automations- Monitor NPS results and share feedback with relevant departments- Handle sales leads from Customer Experience team, Online orders, SMS blast and Precision Targeting- Handle/retain high value customers/segment- Promote and provide accurate information on full suite of StarHub products and services- Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate plans and services- Voice of customers- Achieve sales targets for a range of products and services over the phone and meet all KPIs set out in Service Quality Standards and Balanced Scorecard- GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any discipline- Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; Fresh graduates with no experience will also be considered- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred- Strong desire to achieve sales target and customer oriented- Great analytical and communication skills- Able to perform independently and excel as a team player5 days work week based on rosterAble to work on weekends and public holidays**Must haves**1 call centre experience2 PC literate**Good to have**1 sales experienceWorking hours: 10 am to 8 pm**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per yearSupplemental Pay:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Skudai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
