Customer Relationship Management Executive (Crm)

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.- Assist with office management tasks as needed.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- in customer service or a similar role.: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/06/2024
