**Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities**:- Attend to customer complaint by understand the details and track the issue in timely manner.- To follow through all open cases, ensure timely resolution and ensure customers are kept updated of the progress regularly.- Responsible to liaise and working closely with internal stakeholder to provide resolution back to customer within the expected timeframe.- Identifying, tracking and escalating consistent or recurring issue as required.- Able to provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.- Assist in improving and monitoring procedures & processes to ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.- Attend to customer upon insurance policy renewals.- Demonstrate and provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,565.24 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 04/22/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
