Customer Retention Specialist

**Requirement**:- Minimum SPM holder- At least 1 year experience in outbound or telemarketing- Familiar with CRM system- Good communication in English**Jobscope**:- Responsible for negotiating customer options and retaining current subscribers- Taking ownership of customers' concerns while ensuring prompt and proper follow-ups.- Educating customers on competitive pricing and assisting the customer in comparing competitive services.- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.- Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Educate customers on program benefits, promotions, and any updates related to the loyalty program.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute loyalty initiatives.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Early shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Shah Alam (required)
