Customer Service Administrator Cum Clinic Assistant

Urgently hiring
· Manage daily clinic flow including patient registration, preparation for operation, visual checking, making appointments and handling patients enquiry
· Manage patient dispensary and billing or payment collection
· Provide eye care consultation to patients, especially on pre and post operation care
· Provide consultation on the types of packages available
· Assist in managing insurance and/or GL cases
· Ability to use MEDEX for all patient related matters and ordering or purchasing of stocks and consumables
· Assist in ensuring consumables are in stock and deal with suppliers
· Resolve patient complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
· Usage of telephone or email
· Greet patients warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
· Involve in problem solving, decision making, assist in and emergency procedures
