Customer Service Agent (Live Chat/Email) - 22 April

Position - Customer Service - Logistic (non-voice)Working Location -Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur- 15 minutes walking distance from/to Kerinchi LRT station.Working hours - Rotation shifts, Monday - Sunday, 5 working days & 2 off daysBasic Salary - From 2,300- RM 2,500- Based on relevant working experience.Fixed Monthly Attendance Allowance - RM200**Responsibilities**:- Setting realistic expectations, resolving fulfilment-related problems and providing support to the customer, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.- Primarily handle inquiries via various channels & platforms about orders, payments, shipping, vouchers, etc. from both seller and buyer through native channels or Salesforce.- Manning of respective escalation queues and backlogs focusing on such as Logistics, Payments and Cross Border etcJob Requirement:- We welcome fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills to apply.- SPM holders with customer service experience are welcome to apply.- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written are mandatory.- Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- A great team player.- Willing to work on rotation shifts ( Monday- Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm and 1 pm to 10 pm)**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- What are your salary expectations?- Can you start work on 19 Feb 2024?Expected Start Date: 04/22/2024
