Position: Customer Service (Airlines) - MalayLocation: KL SentralWorking hours: 9 AM - 9 PMWorking days: Monday to Friday (5 working days, 2 off days)**Salary**: RM3,800 (basic) + up to RM300 (KPI allowance)**Requirements**:- Local Malaysians- Diploma and above- Minimum English B2- Must have minimum 6 months customer service experience in airlines/travel/reservation/ticketing/booking**Responsibilities**:2. Identify and address customer needs, researching and providing solutions.3. Go the extra mile to build sustainable customer relationships.4. Ensure customer privacy and protect sensitive information.5. Meet personal and team targets, both qualitatively and quantitatively.6. Handle inquiries efficiently, ranging from simple to complex, within specified time frames.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Do you need to serve notice period?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/29/2024
