Customer Service Assistant

**Job Roles & Responsibilities: -**- Support for all administrative and customer service function in office- Establish relationship with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations in terms of P/O processing- Process and follow-up on customers' Purchase Orders until completion- Issue Purchase Orders to supplier and follow-up for delivery confirmation- Update and maintenance of system database- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned**Requirements:- **- Positive work attitude and willing to learn- Ability to work independently, under mínimal supervision- Minimum competency of computer skills- Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
