Job Description:
Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system.5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems.6. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.8. Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs set by the company.9. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
Requirements:1. Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.3. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.8. Prior customer service experience in a remote setting is a plus.
