We are dedicated to promoting good health through the consumption of raw plants and believe in the power of nature's goodness.**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator at Farmedy. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, managing the customer experience, and maintaining effective communication with customers in sales related**Qualifications**- Strong customer service skills and experience- Excellent communication skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Attention to detail and accuracy in work- Positive and friendly attitude- Experience in a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of health food and remedies is a plus**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
