The Responsibilities of the Role:
Troubleshoot monetary issues raised by the gamers/players by verifying the players/gamers account. Escalate unresolved issues to the AMO to check merchant's website for payment related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve gamming issues raised by gamers/players i.e. levelling and related services. Assisting customer with enquires. Skill Requirements:
Must be fluent in written and spoken in Hindi, English and Telugu. Good multitasking ability. Good eyesight. Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer. Fast typing skills (at least 60 words per minute in native foreign language). Good problem solving skills. Requires own laptop and stable internet connection. The Package :
Attractive Fee 25,000 Indian Rupees (MYR 1,500). RM300 attendance allowance and RM200 performance allowance Work comfortably from India, from your own space. Flexible working hours, shift based.
