Customer Service (Bilingual) - Bukit Indah (Sr025)

Working hours:- Monday - Friday: (8AM - 5PM / 8:30AM - 5:30PM / 9AM - 6PM) Shifts are based on operational requirements- Saturday: (8AM -12PM / 8:30AM - 1230PM /9AM - 1PM)- OFF: Sundays, and SG-based Public holiday**Salary**: Up to RM4500 per month**Responsibilities**:- Attend to customers' inquiries via inbound & outbound calls, in both Eng & Man.**Requirements**:- With at least 1-year of experience in customer service- Fluent in both languages Eng & Man (Main Requirement, must be a mandarin speaker)- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Swift typing skills
