Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description
?Prepare daily production report, prepare stock report and perform other general clerical job.
?Ensure all data entries are accurately maintained and on time update without delayed.
?Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products and meets customer specification.
?For support administrative and production activities.
?Monitor and communicates with other department for report activity on daily basics.
?Any others duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
?At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
?Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
?Required Skill(s): Microsoft office-Excel and Words.
?Able to multi-task and work well under pressure while dealing with scheduling deadlines.
?Candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision.
?Full-time position available.
