Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description -Manage day to day operations in support of the Call Centre. -Provide administration support; work closely with the team to ensure smooth flow of daily operation. -Arranging Delivery of Good. -Perform any other duties assigned from time to time. Requirements -Min SPM and above. -Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply. -Communicate fluently in English or Bahasa Malaysia. -Clear, simple & effective communication & good interpersonal skills. -Computer literate, proficient in Ms. Excel. -Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work. -Able to work independently with minimum supervision. -Ability to work under pressure.
