**Job description**:- Handle daily operations for both export and import airfreight shipments.- Verification of the completeness and accuracy of all forwarding document- Coordinate the routing of import and export with local and oversea agents.- Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS Codes and duty/tax amount.- Track and trace shipments and communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors.- Resolve any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies.- Attend to customers' enquiries and advise to customers of possible problems or delays.- Ensure all vendor/ agent/ 3rd party invoices receive for job closing and handover to billing department.**Requirement**:- Require relevant working experience in the freight forwarding industry.- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and regulatory requirements including INCOTERMS.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)- Proactive and can be a good team player.Personal attributes and competencies- Excellent communication and analytical skills- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders- Willingness to learn, quick learner, and accountability- Ability in data analysis, careful calculation, and attention to detail.**Note**:- Working location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Airfreight Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)- Logistics or Forwarding: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Petaling Jaya (required)
