**Customer Service Executive****Responsibilities**:- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints,comments,feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.**Requirements**:- Required language(s): English- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an addedadvantagefor this position.- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also- Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor**Benefit**:- 5 working days in a week.- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.- EPF & SOCSO- Sick leave- Annual leave**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
