-Communicate customer's complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
-Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
-Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
-Resolve complaints and order issues.
-Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.
-Ask customers to provide feedback on agents and customer service experience.
Job Requirement :
-Female
-2-year experience in the Customer Service Department
*Proactive and Independent
*Capable to work under pressure
*Age 25-35
*Polite and Friendly
*Minimum Spm / Diploma in any field
*Salary based on experience
