Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction- Respond to customer's inquiries in a timely manner.- Take the lead as a first PIC for customers- Work with internal and external customers to create an exceptional customer service experience- Manage account/customer expectations- Work with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative Actions- Help craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecards- Process customer orders and routings- Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements- Process customer orders- Coordinate air freight shipments and transport arrangement- Book service with co-loaders for import/export operations- Prepare billings- Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance- Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination- Work with internal customers on process improvements- Help craft account SOPs and Work Instructions- Assist with Quotation, RFQ and RFI- Sales support- Undertake other duties as requested**Requirements**:- Minimum qualification in Diploma and above- **Must have minimum two years of experience in handling AOG related operations**:- Proficient in both written and spoken English- Ability to speak and write in Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Suite- **Rotational shift: 9am to 6pm & 12pm to 9pm****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Expected Salary- Current Salary- Notice period- Reason for leaving current employment
