Familiarize with the academy's programs and offerings. Be proactive in reaching out to potential clients and transitioning them into the clientele portfolio. Knowledge of Service and Product Releases Stay updated on the academy's service and product features. Communicate new releases to potential and existing clients to showcase the academy's offerings. Customer Feedback Communication Act as a liaison between customers and internal/external stakeholders. Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of processes. Positive and Professional Customer Interaction Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions. Handle complaints professionally and efficiently across various platforms. Inventory Management and Invoicing Assist in inventory management processes. Handle invoicing matters accurately and efficiently. Events Management Facilitate communication with gymnasts, parents, vendors, and external companies. Ensure smooth coordination of events. Facility Maintenance Keep the counter, coach resting area, and studios clean and organized. Liaise with the building management team for maintenance and repair matters. Initiative and Workflow/CRM Improvements Take the initiative to propose improvements to existing workflows and CRM systems. Work collaboratively with the team to implement enhancements. Ad-Hoc Duties Be flexible to handle any additional tasks assigned. Period: Permanent Location: Bukit Merah Working Hours: 5 days a week: 4 weekdays – 11am to 8pm 1 weekends – 9am to 6pm Up to $3,500 Requirements: Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience Educational background in Sports Management would be an advantage (Diploma/Degree). Job requires strong communication skills with solution-based approach and the ability to manage time effectively. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions is crucial for providing excellent customer service.
